San Fernando, Cebu — Cebu Technological University (CTU) San Fernando Extension Campus held its Internal Quality Audit (IQA) on September 24, 2025, focusing on the educational delivery process in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
The one-day audit aimed to assess the campus’s implementation of quality management practices that ensure effective and compliant delivery of educational services. The team, led by Dr. Ma. Carla Y. Abaquita, Dr. Al Emmanuel L. Caballes, and Prof. Catherine P. Loseñara, evaluated teaching methodologies, curriculum adherence, faculty qualifications, student engagement, and feedback mechanisms critical for meeting international quality standards.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard serves as a global framework emphasizing continuous improvement, risk management, and process efficiency to maximize stakeholder satisfaction, in this case, benefiting students and academic staff.
This focused audit served to strengthen the commitment of CTU San Fernando Campus to maintain academic excellence and fulfill its goal of delivering quality education.
