Admission Requirements

Specific Requirements
Senior High School Graduates/ Graduating Students
- Senior High School Report Card (Grade 12) as of 1st Semester AY 2020-2021 signed by the School Principal for Senior High School graduating students;
- Senior High School Report Card (Grade 12) signed by the School Principal for Senior High School graduates;
- Grade 11 Report Card for Math, Science and English (Board Programs only);
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Testing for Senior High School Graduates/ Graduating Students is FREE
Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduates
- ALS Examination Rating;
- Certificate of Eligibility to College;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
Testing for Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduates is FREE
Old Secondary Curriculum Graduates
- High school report card signed by the Principal;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Testing for Old Secondary Curriculum Graduates is FREE
Transfer students from Non-CTU Campuses
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with remarks “For Evaluation” (Evaluation of grades is by semester. No dropped or failing grades.);
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Testing for Transfer students from Non-CTU Campuses is FREE
Transfer students from CTU Satellite/ Extension Campuses
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with remarks “For Evaluation” (Evaluation of grades is by semester. No dropped or failing grades.);
- Endorsement letter from CTU satellite Campus Director addressed to CTU Main Campus Director;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Transfer students from CTU Satellite/ Extension Campuses are exempted from the online entrance test provided they meet the grade requirement for the college they intend to enroll.
Returnee (a student who had stopped studying for at least three (3) years and would like to continue his/ her studies in the same program.)
- Informative copy of grades with printed name and signature (this document can be printed through the student portal);
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Returnees who had taken the entrance test last 2018 onwards; will have to pay the testing fee.
Second Coursers (student-applicants who had finished a 4-year or 5-year degree course.)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) with remarks “For Evaluation” (Evaluation of grades is by semester. No dropped or failing grades.);
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.

Foreign Student-Applicants

- Bio data page of the applicant’s passport;

- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.

Deaf Student-Applicants
- Senior High School Report Card as of 1st Semester signed by the Principal;

- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
Deaf Student-Applicants are exempted from the online entrance test
DOST Scholars
- Senior High School Report Card as of 1st Semester signed by the Principal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Notice of Award of DOST Scholarship;
- Close-Up selfie picture with a name tag;
- Must have enough lighting in taking the picture, the background should be plain white;
- Name tag can be encoded or printed following this format (family name, first name, middle initial). Picture file in JPEG format.
DOST scholars are exempted from the online entrance test provided they qualify for the grade requirement of the college they intend to enroll.
Grade Requirements
Programs with a required GPA of at least 85
- Grade 12 average grade for 1st Semester is needed for screening purposes;
- Individual ratings for Math, Science and English and each area of specialization shall be 85 or higher;
- No grade below 80 in any subject;
- For transferees and second coursers, they can choose these programs as long as they meet the needed grade requirements.

Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)
Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd)
Programs with a required GPA of at least 80 (graduate of Senior High, old high school curriculum or Alternative Learning System or ALS)
College of Technology (COT)
Bachelor of Industrial Technology - Computer Technology (BIT-CompTech)
Bachelor of Industrial Technology - Electrical Technology (BIT-ElecTech)
