Cebu Technological University-San Remigio Extension Campus honors the bravery of our forefathers who fought for Philippine Independence 124 years ago by raising 21 small handy flags all through the campus on June 12, 2022.
Prof. Camilo M. Argawanon, CTU-San Remigio Acting Campus Director, gave a message in line with the commemoration, “More than remembering our independence, we celebrate this history and commemorate the sacrifices made by our forefathers to foster our sense of nationalism and patriotism.”
Independence Day is a regular holiday in the Philippines observed annually on June 12, commemorating the Philippine Declaration of Independence.
