CTU Tabogon Extension students who are bona fide residents of Tabogon came together at the Tabogon Municipal Gym on December 8, 2023, to avail themselves of educational assistance generously provided by Congresswoman Janice Z. Salimbangon.
Dr. Rolina C. Paran, the Campus Director of CTU Tabogon Extension, set the positive tone for the event with a warm welcome, expressing gratitude to Congresswoman Salimbangon for her unwavering support of CTU-Tabogon, especially in matters concerning the well-being of the students. Representing Tabogon Municipal Mayor, Hon. Francis Edward T. Salimbangon, Municipal Administrator Mr. Ronnie A. Hingco Jr. delivered an encouraging message on behalf of the local government.
The crowd was treated to captivating vocal performances by the talented students of CTU-Tabogon, including a solo by Mr. Jewel B. Pareja, a BSHM 3 student, and a duet by Ms. Rea Mae Singson, a BSIT 1-A student, and Ms. Michelle M. Montellano, a BTLED HE-3 student.
Congresswoman Janice Z. Salimbangon then took the stage to deliver an inspirational message, emphasizing the profound importance of education. She highlighted the commitment of former Congressman Benhur Salimbangon, who prioritized student educational support during his tenure. The students of CTU-Tabogon reciprocated this sentiment by performing a heartfelt song and dance for Congresswoman Janice Z. Salimbangon, eliciting joy and appreciation.
As the event drew to a close, the CTU Tabogon students wore big smiles, grateful for the educational support they had received. The enduring love and support extended by Congresswoman Janice Z. Salimbangon will forever be cherished and remembered by the CTU-Tabogon family.
