CTU-Tabogon Extension Campus Proactively Safeguards Community Health

Flu shots were administered to faculty, staff, and students at the CTU-Tabogon Extension School Clinic on January 29, 2024. The school, in collaboration with the Tabogon RHU, orchestrated this vital vaccination effort, led by the dedicated school nurse, Mr. Kervin Martinez.

Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is a widespread acute respiratory infection caused by the influenza virus. Given the constant evolution and mutation of these viruses into new variants, flu vaccination is crucial, especially during the flu season. The school recognizes the significance of proactive health measures to curb the spread of illnesses resulting from these viruses.

The collaborative initiative underscores the commitment of CTU-Tabogon Extension School to prioritize the well-being of its community members. By organizing this vaccination drive, the school aims to create a healthier environment and reduce the likelihood of flu-related illnesses among its faculty, staff, and students. / Charlene Booc
