The University Shared Facility for breadfruit noodle making is given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for the production of breadfruit noodles in the Cebu Technological University (CTU) Tabogon.

HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
The University Shared Facility for Breadfruit Noodle was given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) because of the dissertation of Dr. Alerica B. Frias on Product Development of Breadfruit Noodle.
On August 17, 2018, Dr. Levy S. Lepon, Provincial Director of DTI, Director Maria Elena Arbon and Municipal Mayor Honorable Zigfred P. Duterte signed the Memorandum of Agreement and launched the University Shared Facility for Breadfruit Noodle making.
