UNDERGRADUATE
General Requirements
- Form 138 (Report Card)/ Transfer Credentials and Transcript of Records (for Transfer students)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of PSA authenticated Certificate of Marriage (for female married applicant who opt to use her husband’s surname)
- Two (2) pieces recent 2”x2” colored picture with white background and name tag
- Must be physically fit
- Must be able to take and pass the entrance examination and interview
Grade Requirements
Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT)
- Average Grade of at least 80%
- major in Computer Technology: Grades in Math and Science are 80% or above
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)
- Average Grade of at least 85%
- Grade in English and Math is 85% or above
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)
- Average Grade of at least 83%
- Grade in English is 85% or above
