Eskwelahan Sa Kahanginan: Buffalo Dairy Food Innovation and Commercialization

The extension project, Eskwelahan sa Kahanginan conducted its session on January 25, 2025. Along with the extension team, twenty beneficiaries from the First Consolidated Cooperative along TaΓ±on Seaboards (FCCT), gathered at CebuTech Tuburan Food Innovation Center (FIC) for an empowering skills training.

The session aimed to train the beneficiaries with product-making skills in Squash Lengua De Gato, Eggplant Lengua De Gato, Squash Pastillas, and Mozzarella Cheese. The training session was guided by Training Specialist Dr. Monifel Calderon and Ms. Everperlie Vicente.
