January 27, 2025 — The second semester commenced with a celebration of the University Days, an annual tradition of CebuTech Tuburan. The University Days 2025, celebrated on January 27-31, 2025, brings a multitude of festivities, forging a celebration for culture and technology, which serve as a platform for Technologists to showcase talents and skills.
Officially opened on the morning of January 27, 2025, the celebration jumpstarted with the Declaration and Opening of the Techno Skills Fest and Bazaar 2025. The Techno Dance Competition made the opening program ecstatic, paving the way for a jubilant week-long series of events.
A vibrant display of culinary and artistic skills unfolded in the afternoon of Day 1 with simultaneous competitions in Cocktail Mixing, Table Skirting, Fruit and Vegetable Carving, and Mural Painting.
Organized by the Future Science and Technology Leaders of the Philippines (FSTLP) β Tuburan Chapter and the Campus Culture and Arts, the celebration will feature numerous skills and talent competitions, including TechnoWiz Year 11, Digital Poster Making, Brochure Making, Food Innovation, Robotics, and Web Page Designing. Technologists will also showcase their talents and prowess through various events such as Terrarium and Dish Garden Making, Slaughtering, Debate, Tech- Awareness video, and Fashion Show. The celebration will also provide an avenue for career and skills development through workshops such as Digital Design and Career Guidance.
Among the highlights of the celebration are the Search for Mr. and Ms. CTU Tuburan 2025 and the Sinulog celebration.
