Through CebuTech Tuburan’s BT Radio, the community extension project Eskwelahan sa Kahanginan echoed on the airwaves on January 21 and 28, 2025. Two insightful radio sessions were aired, discussing the highlights of the project on Buffalo Dairy Food Innovation and Commercialization.
Hosted by Prof. Johnrel Paglinawan, together with the extension team led by Dr. Monifel Calderon and Training Specialist Ms. Everperly Vicente, the sessions were made engaging and insightful, along with representatives from the project beneficiaries. The team made the sessions insightful and empowering as they highlighted the potential of buffalo dairy products as a significant help in enhancing livelihoods.
The first session covered significant details, including face-to-face training on making Squash and Eggplant Lengua de Gato. The second session served as an avenue to share the beneficiaries’ valuable experiences, highlighting how the project has led to integral opportunities.
