As March is recognized as National Women’s Month, CebuTech Tuburan and Tabuelan launched a month-long series of activities with an opening program on the morning of Monday, March 3, 2025. Along with the flag ceremony, students and employees attended the opening program to show their support for women’s empowerment. As March 3 marks the first Monday of the month, employees, in compliance with the tradition for the first Monday of the month, wore their ASEAN-inspired outfits.
The opening activity included insightful and empowering segments, such as the Juan-a Pep Talk and inspiring messages from women leaders on campus. Through the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, significant events are planned, guided by the theme ‘Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.’
