“Breaking Barriers, Cultivating Excellence: 13th Year of Commitment to Agricultural Stewardship” was the theme of this year’s Aggies Days. This annual celebration of the College of Agriculture honored the values of agriculture, unity, and excellence, offering students, faculty, and staff an opportunity to come together and engage in activities that reinforced their shared commitment to agricultural stewardship.

A two-day event held on February 27-28, 2025, the celebration, organized by the College of Agriculture Students Association (CASA), featured a variety of activities and competitions that showcased skills, talent, and agricultural excellence while also strengthening the unity and team spirit of the Aggies.

The celebration began with a solemn mass on the morning of Day 1. Department of Agriculture (DA) Municipal Agriculture Officer (MAO) Mr. Kent Marcial Catubis, along with First Consolidated Cooperative Along Tañon Seaboards (FCCT) Personnel Mrs. Clavel Aves and Dr. Neonita Faustino, graced the Opening Program, offering words of inspiration to the students. Campus Director Dr. Ma. Carla Abaquita, alongside the dedicated faculty members of the College of Agriculture (COA) led by Dean Dr. Cerela Looc, demonstrated their strong support for the event. Team pride soared as cluster colors were raised during the Flag-Raising ceremony. Team spirit resonated as clusters competed in the Yell Competition. Fun games fostered teamwork and friendly rivalry. Aggies strengthened their unity and camaraderie through the Faith Trust Walk activity and a Praise and Worship event.

Day 2 showcased talent, skills, and agricultural excellence, featuring a Solidarity Dance, farm activities like Slaughtering, Dish Gardening, and Tractor Driving, and a talent showcase through Agriculture Got Talent. The celebration concluded with the Lakan at Lakambini 2025, highlighting beauty alongside agricultural awareness.

In its 13th year, Agriculture Days 2025 exemplifies the dedication, expertise, and passion driving a bright future for agriculture.
