Over the course of three days, the event began with streamlining the GAD Guidelines and Policies, followed by an in-depth presentation of budget and financial matters to ensure alignment with the university’s goals. The following days centered on core conference activities, including the review of the 2025 GAA Enrolled Targets Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) and operational planning for 2025, led by Campus Director Dr. Ma. Carla Abaquita and heads of offices.
