The Bulawanong Tinubdan Cultural Center of CebuTech Tuburan served as the venue for the International Food Expo 2025, themed “Advancing Global Standards in Culinary Innovation and Strategic Management,” on May 21, 2025.
The academic exposition, led by BSHM students and their instructors, gave future Hospitality Managers a chance to explore global cuisines and culinary techniques, and to delve into key industry topics like sustainability, food innovation, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic management.





This experiential learning fostered culinary innovation by blending tradition, creativity, and technology, equipping students with strategic management skills for global food business challenges, celebrating cultural diversity through cuisine, promoting collaborative learning, and empowering students to lead, express, and inspire as future professionals in culinary arts and hospitality.















The International Food Expo 2025 was organized by students from the First and Third-Year – Section 3E of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, in collaboration with their Specialty Cuisine, Cost Control, Tourism Marketing, and Risk Management in Hospitality courses, spearheaded by their respective course instructors.
