On June 7, 2025, the much-anticipated 80th Grand Alumni Homecoming kicked off with a vibrant motorcade parade setting off from CebuTech Tuburan. Featuring a marching band, ruby red and white balloons, and proud batch banners, alumni reconnected with their cherished memories throughout the town. The celebration formally commenced with an official opening program at the Bulawanong Tinubdan Cultural Center, starting with a Thanksgiving Mass. The opening program featured significant activities, including the presentation of batch special awards and heartfelt recognition for retired faculty members.
The morning activities concluded with a shared lunch per batch, where alumni walked down memory lane as they reminisced about their campus experiences, followed by a deeper dive into memories through batch AVPs and talent showcases. A new set of Alumni Association officers was elected, and inspiring success stories were shared, notably by Tuburan Municipal Mayor, Hon. Democrito “Aljun” Diamante. The afternoon activities culminated with the selection of the Alumni Homecoming King and Queen representatives per batch. Making the afternoon more exciting were the raffles and door prizes.
The 80th Grand Alumni Homecoming peaked with the CTU Nite at the Tuburan Covered Court. This grand finale featured a lively cultural showcase by the Bulawanong Tinubdan Cultural Troupe, performances by alumni and faculty, and a live band. The evening was made even more special with the induction of the new Alumni Officers and the official crowning of the Alumni Homecoming King and Queen 2025, marking a memorable end to the festivities.
