From July 15 to 19, 2025, the Office of the Vice-President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) organized the Curriculum Quality Assurance (CQA) and Review initiative for CebuTech Graduate Programs.
Dubbed Elevating Educational Standards: Strategies for Effective Curriculum Quality Assessment, the workshop was designed to enhance institutional educational standards by exploring and implementing effective curriculum quality assessment strategies.
Participated in by Graduate School faculty members from CebuTech Tuburan and all other campuses, the insightful and impactful initiative was spearheaded by VPAA Dr. Reylan Capuno, University Dean of Instruction (DOI) Dr. Ariel Ramos, along with the respective University Directors for Academic Affairs.
To ensure that the anticipated insights and methodologies would be instrumental in advancing institutional objectives and maintaining rigorous academic standards, Commission on Higher Education (CHED-RO7) Education Supervisor Dr. Bernard Pantonilla and Special Advisor to the ASEAN University Network (AUN), as well as University of San Carlos (USC) Director of the Educational Practices, Instruction, and Curriculum (EPIC) Development Office Dr. Richard Jugar, graced the activity and imparted their expertise.
