On July 25, 2025, the extension project Transferring Hand-crafted Innovations and Marketing Sewing Brands for Livelihood Enhancement (THIMBLE) was officially launched. Designed to promote economic independence, THIMBLE aims to empower homemakers by teaching them sewing skills.
In collaboration with the extension team from CebuTech Tuburan and the Barangay Mangga community, THIMBLE aspires to stitch not only fabric, but also the dreams of a brighter future for their families.
