
Key campus officials, including heads of offices, college deans, and chairpersons, convened at Sonrisa Resort de Playa, San Remigio, for the 2025 Institutional Planning and Performance Forum.


The event featured insightful exchanges among attendees as they evaluated, brainstormed, and developed coordinated strategies to benefit the campus community. The program included productive sessions such as the Management Review, Budget Forum, Presentation of Quarterly Accomplishment Reports, and an Open Forum, which comprised focused review sessions, resource and risk management discussions, budget dialogues, and collaborative proposal development aimed at continuous improvement and action planning.
