A team of volunteers from CebuTech Tuburan campus delivered essentia relief supplies to the remote mountain barangays of Dalinson, Tigbawan, Cantubaon, and Maravilla in Tabuelan, and San Miguel and Luyang in San Remigio on October 7, 2025, despite heavy rains in some areas and intense heat in others.

The campus’s Extension Services Office led the outreach, providing aid to communities affected by the recent calamity. The team distributed 237 food packs along with a substantial supply of drinking water, including 98 four-liter bottles, 6 six-liter bottles, and 10 boxes of 500mL bottles, ensuring residents received immediate sustenance.

The relief goods were acquired through donations from CebuTech-Tuburan faculty and staff, local business organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and private individuals. Priority for aid distribution was given to identified CebuTech Tuburan and Tabuelan students living in the affected barangays, as well as families who have established temporary shelters outside their damaged homes.

In line with its commitment to transparency, the Extension Services Office has prepared a detailed record of the initiative, available as an attached image in the post. This record includes a list of donors, beneficiary students, and a breakdown of all expenses.
