CebuTech Tuburan students actively participated in CommTECH Nusantara 2025: The Spirit of Indonesia Heroes, a 10-day virtual training program organized by the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, ITS Global Engagement, and the International Office of Indonesia. The event, held from November 10 to 21, 2025, featured a rich cultural journey introducing participants to the history and spirit of Indonesian heroes through interactive sessions on community empowerment, development, and the responsible use of technology aligned with global challenges.

Tuburan Technologists Genesis Dave M. Biay (BSEd-Math), Glyzza Mae S. Paz (BTLEd), and Gayle Elizabeth S. Paz (BEEd) engaged in diverse activities, including virtual tours of Indonesian regions, cultural presentations, a project exhibition, and many significant insightful exchanges.

CommTECH Nusantara 2025 drew over 120 participants—students, lecturers, and staff—from more than 10 countries with a strong Southeast Asian presence, including the Philippines and Malaysia, as well as attendees from Russia, Peru, Mexico, Vietnam, and Thailand. This diverse cohort represented mostly non-Indonesian institutions, emphasizing the international scope and intercultural dialogue fostered by the program.
CebuTech Tuburan’s involvement in international activities such as CommTECH Nusantara 2025 shows the campus’s commitment, aligned with the university’s dedication to building global connections and creating opportunities for students and staff to learn, collaborate, and grow together.
