The GASA sa Selda (Gainful Activities for Social Advancement) extension program—specifically the HOPE – Halad Og Pag-Bag-o sa Empleyo and Bread and Pastry extension projects—culminated on November 18, 2025, showcasing CebuTech Tuburan’s commitment to rehabilitative contributions for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). The HOPE extension project focused on imparting welding skills essential for PDLs’ livelihood opportunities, while the Bread and Pastry extension project offered comprehensive training in bread and pastry production, with notable improvements in product quality and community recognition.
