On February 2, 2026, CebuTech Tuburan, through the College of Engineering (COE), successfully hosted Day 3 of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Interschool 2026. The event drew participants from several universities, including the University of San Carlos (USC), Cebu Institute of Technology University (CIT-U), University of the Visayas (UV), Colegio de San Antonio de Padua(CSAP), Cebu Technological University – Main Campus, and Dumanjug Campus.
Day 3 of the PICE Interschool featured a diverse array of competitions, including engineering skills-focused activities such as Bridge Building and AutoCAD, which took place in the morning.
Through a closing program in the afternoon, which commenced with COE Dean Engr. Alden Gabuya, Jr.’s welcome remarks, future civil engineers also engaged in talent and cultural events, including competitions in singing, dancing, and the Search for Mr. and Ms. PICE 2025. Campus Director Dr. Ma. Carla Y. Abaquita further set an inspiring tone with her message to the participants. The day culminated with the awarding of winners and closing remarks by CebuTech Tuburan Civil Engineering Department Chair, Engr. Philip Yape.
