On February 28, 2026, at the Hometel Extension, E.L.E.V.A.T.E 4.0 (Experiential Learning towards Employment and Varied Actionable Technical Entrepreneurship Phase 4) was officially launched through an opening program. With its community partners—Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Tuburan, the LGU of Tuburan, and DYPS BT Radio 98.1 FM—the community project is now in its fourth phase, focusing on Digital Marketing and Mentoring. Together with the campus officials and the extension team from the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) department and the participating Tuburanon youth, the launch was graced by the presence of Municipal Mayor Hon. Christian Daniel “CD” Diamante and SK Federation of Tuburan President Hon. Beryl C. Encabo.
Project ELEVATE Phase 4 will build upon the achievements of the previous phases by focusing on long-term employability and entrepreneurial sustainability. Through advanced training, mentorship, and continuous support, this phase seeks to ensure that beneficiaries are equipped not only to access opportunities but also to sustain and expand them in the evolving digital economy.
