Representing Region VII and Cebu Technological University, Tuburan Technologists Cindy Claire Abanid and Marvilyn Palumar victoriously clinched 4th place in the Vocal Duet competition at the 2026 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival, held at West Visayas State University in Iloilo City. The talented duo was guided by coaches Mr. Siegfried Mendoza and Mr. Bernard Olivo.
