In line with the University’s thrust to empower communities through extension programs, CebuTech Tuburan faculty extensionistas shared the campus’ impactful community extension projects with a wider audience through research presentations at the 2026 Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementers, Inc. (PAEPI) International Extension Conference. Held from April 14 to 17, 2026 in Coron, Palawan, the conference featured extensive sessions aimed at strengthening community extension projects, including expert presentations and research paper sessions.
Beyond presenting their studies, CebuTech faculty members also bagged Best Paper Awards in their cluster, including First Place for the paper by Dr. Naomi Bajao and Second Place for the paper by Asst. Prof. Jae-an Buhia, Dr. Naomi Bajao, Dr. Johnrel Paglinawan, and Asst. Prof. Catherine Loseñara. The awarding ceremony was graced by PAEPI President, Dr. Hermogenes Paguia, and PAEPI Mindanao Vice-President, Dr. Maria Teresa Fajardo.
