On April 30, 2026, CebuTech Tuburan, together with other campuses, successfully represented Cebu Technological University (CTU) through its participation in the installation of the CTU booth for the PBBM Gabay ng Bayan Programs Caravan. The initiative aims to raise awareness among incoming tertiary students about educational opportunities such as the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), Free Higher Education (FHE), and the Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program (BPMSP).
Held at the University of San Jose–Recoletos, the Tuburan team proudly showcased innovative products developed and offered by the campus, highlighting its contributions to student empowerment and inclusive growth. The Tuburan team was composed of Dr. Monifel Calderon, Dr. Vicel Albaño, and personnel from the campus Food Innovation Center (FIC).
