On July 2, 2026, CebuTech Tuburan launched a month-long celebration geared towards advancing gender-responsive capacity building and excellence in public service.
Day 1 opened with a parade around the CTU Oval, marking the start of the program. Participants were warmly welcomed through an inspirational message from Mrs. Emmylou A. Tabotabo, Administrative Officer, followed by an address from Dr. Ma. Carla Y. Abaquita, Campus Director.
The opening program also showcased spirited group chants and yells, as well as an overview of the upcoming activities and mechanics presented by Ms. Viralyn C. Porte, GAD Chairperson. Another highlight was the introduction of the “Stars of Service candidates, with employees participating in the presentation. The kick-off event culminated with a joyful photo opportunity and a lively community dance to “Ikaw ay Ginto,” leaving everyone with a warm and memorable celebration.
