GRADUATE
General Requirements
- Transfer Credentials and Transcript of Records from school last attended (for Transferees only)
- Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate (for Transferees only)
- Photocopy of PSA authenticated Certificate of Marriage (for female married applicant who opt to use her husband’s surname)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) pieces recent 2”x2” colored picture with white background and name tag
- Must be physically fit
- Must be able to take and pass the entrance examination and interview
Grade Requirements
- Masteral Degree: No grade below 2.0
- Doctorate Degree: No grade below 1.8
