Do you offer special programs for baccalaureate degree holders?
Yes, we offer a Certificate/Diploma in Professional Education for non-Education graduates who want to earn education units for teaching or taking the Licensure Examination for Teachers.
How can I enroll in your campus?
Applicants must first undergo an admission process wherein they will be assessed according to the standards of the program they are applying for. Only applicants that are qualified and have complied with the requirements to proceed to the enrolment.
What are the documents required for admission to Undergraduate programs?
The requirements for Undergraduate programs are:
Form 138 (Report Card)/ Transfer Credentials and Transcript of Records (for
Transferees)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate
Photocopy of PSA authenticated Certificate of Marriage (for female married applicant who opt to use her husband’s surname)
Two (2) pieces recent 2”x2” colored picture with white background and name tag
What are the documents required for admission to Graduate programs?
The requirements for Graduate programs are:
Transfer Credentials and Transcript of Records from school last attended (for Transferees
only)
Photocopy of PSA authenticated Birth Certificate
(for Transferees only)
Photocopy of PSA authenticated Certificate of Marriage (for female married applicant who
opt to use her husband’s surname)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Two (2) pieces recent 2”x2” colored picture with white background and name tag
What are the documents required for admission to CPE/DPE?
The requirements for Special programs (i.e., Certificate/Diploma in Professional Education) are:

How can I request a Good Moral Certificate?
Here are the steps:
Fill out a request form at the Guidance office
Pay the fee at the Cashier’s office
Present the completed request form and the Official receipt to the Guidance Office
The Guidance Office Personnel processes the request
Fill out the logbook
Good Moral Certificate is issued
