Whether it’s the type of coffee you drink or how you drink it, machines you use and the latest technology, here’s a perfect place for everything you need. Coffee Lounge was created to make those sinfully delicious coffee aromas more delicious just by the look of it. So if you are looking for the best coffee and delicious foods, this is a place for you.
We strive to support the well-being of the students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests by providing delicious food prepared with care and thoughtfulness. Because we recognize that dining preferences and needs are extremely individual, we offer diverse and extensive menu options and flexible hours. In addition, we consistently work to provide a safe and pleasant dining environment for everyone.
Team members are committed to prepare food from scratch, in small batches as close to service as possible. We are passionate about food and take pride in serving skillfully prepared meals that are fresh, never-frozen and hand-crafted from the highest quality ingredients. We source significant portions of our food from local farmers, growers, and produce from our own Campus Garden. Our menus emphasize fresh, local and healthy options and are available in a variety of venues and formats, from all-you-care-to-eat to On the Go! We are happy to serve you!
Agriculture
Agriculture is one of the most essential in the industry, as it addresses the basic human need. As the science of raising plant crops and livestock. This improved the food supply, amassed yield, and made food operations as efficient as possible. Thus “Agriculture production is the major driver of destabilizing the earth system towards or over the boundary of a safe operating space for humanity”.
However, Cebu Technological University the Agriculture Course comprises the three majors. These are Agronomy, Horticulture and Animal Science, as a science and a practice from an integrated, holistic perspective to grow mainly on agronomic crops, vegetables (roots, tubers, shoot, stems, leaves, etc.) and lastly raising both livestock and poultry production .
Furthermore, Horticultural mainly for food, materials, comfort and beauty for decoration, while Agronomy looks at the perspective of informing practical decisions concerning food and fiber production. In terms of Animal Science raising of domesticated animals which produce such as meat, eggs etc.
