• Fully air-conditioned facility, well-lighted and ventilated, equipped with LED wall TV, equipped with good performance sound system, good venue for public gatherings

Cafeteria

• A 238.8 m2 university canteen, well-lighted and ventilated, well-screened and protected, equipped with a television set for public viewing, equipped with common accessories for University Canteen

Fabrication Laboratory

• The Fab Lab is a University Shared Facility for rapid prototyping. Services offered include digital fabrication training, printing and cutting, CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, digital embroidery, vacuum forming, and IoT. It is a center for innovation and entrepreneurial ideation for faculty, students, MSMEs and the general public.

Food Innovation Center

• The Food Innovation Center is open to MSMEs intending to develop new products, to academe and students for the conduct of R&D into product or process development, and the private sector interested to test their product concepts or ideas. The facility can also serve as a demonstration and instructional facility for students (from the university and other Higher Education Institutes) and training of industry and government personnel.

Hometel

• A two-story building, with eleven fully air-conditioned guest rooms categorized as Executive, De Luxe, Superior, Standard, Family and Dormitory Type room, all are equipped with cable-tv and mini ref for minibar, with a function hall that can accommodate up to the maximum number of fifty persons, backed up with a 24-hour generator set, has a CCTV that is attached to a higher education institution and serves two complementary purposes: to support the curriculum, and to support the research of the university faculty and students.

Speech Laboratory

• A 70-square meter laboratory having forty (40) cubicles equipped with a headset and student’s booth amplifier, tv and three (3) speakers suitable for English classes
