ABOUT THE OFFICE
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is one of the frontline services of the University. It is responsible for the students’ records management. It serves the students during every registration through graduation or even after they leave the University. It is also the repository of data on enrollment, graduates and performance in Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) board examinations. It is the contact of the academic community with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

All requests for student records are transacted online through the Registrar Portal. Please access the link below.
NOTE: During non-working days (weekends and holidays), the system does not accept any request.
All requests for clearance are transacted online through the Registrar Portal. Please access the link below.
All bonafide students must register in the CTU student portal. Online enrollment and application for graduation are via this portal.

A: Requirements for admission will be forwarded once you completed the online application.
A: The system automatically closes once the number of applicants for each program is reached.

A: You may bring your ID and Certificate of Registration (COR).
A: For Senior High School graduates of schools outside CTU, you may submit the following:
-Original copy of grade 12 report card as of 1st semester signed by school principal
-Original copy of grade 11 report card if you don’t have Math, English and Science in Grade 12 (esp. Engineering applicants)
-Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
-1 piece recent 2×2 colored picture with white background and nametag.
A: Only undergraduate students from 1st to 5th year college can avail of the free tuition policy.
